Greatest fetching tool ever for online…

I wish it was automated so I don’t have to log in and process the receipt. It should be able to pull the information directly from the document and “push” it to the accounting software without intervention. When having multiple users or cardholders linked to one account, this is a very helpful software to organize all of those potential receipts and transactions into one platform and folders. We’ve experienced some client hesitancy to use Hubdoc. I did not expect this – even the client who continues to mail in his bank statements and payroll records refuses to use this product. I have to contact them to send reminders to those who haven’t accepted the invite.

Constantly logs me out – now authentication fails. It’s useless.Not overly enamoured with Xero – but this piece of crap makes it all the simpler to try and get rid. This has provided me with a nice platform where i can set up all my clients and easily pull their statements and documents at my convenience whenever need arises. Hubdoc is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. Xero is a horrible company and Hubdoc has taken a dive with them. I left Xero accounting because of the poor customer service, and now I am looking for a new solution for Hubdoc. It stopped downloading documents from banks and other service providers.

• My main problem with Hubdoc is that the banks and credit cards that our client’s use (we have over 50 clients) are not all compatible with Hubdoc.
• It seems that the feeds are constantly going down and the majority of the battle (rather than collecting documentation manually) is ensure the feeds with whichever institution is functioning properly.
• It’s worth trying Hubdoc’s 30-day free trial if you are interested in this software.
• Sometimes it fails to recognize the receipts and shows an error message even though the receipt is from an existing supplier.
• The data that Hubdoc finds is information such as the contact, the date, and the amount.
• I have to contact them to send reminders to those who haven’t accepted the invite.
